1.) BARE ROOT PLANT SHIPPING SCHEDULE - Orders Are Only Shipped Twice Each Year According to the Zone by Zone Shipping Schedule Shown on our Website - Posted Seasonal Ordering Deadlines Apply! AS A RULE, WE DO NOT SHIP TO ZONES 1-5 IN FALL BECAUSE THE FALL HARVEST IS NOT COMPLETED UNTIL LATE NOVEMBER AND THESE ZONES COULD BE FROZE IN BY THEN, HOWEVER BY SPECIAL REQUEST AT CHECKOUT YOU CAN HAVE US SHIP YOUR ORDER DURING THE ZONE 6 FALL HARVEST SHIPPING WINDOW. ORDERS PLACED AFTER THE POSTED ORDERING DEADLINES FOR YOUR ZONE COULD BE DEFERRED TO THE NEXT HARVEST BASED ON AVAILABILITY OF DORMANT STOCK.
2.) WE DO NOT STORE CREDIT CARD INFORMATION ON THIS SITE! Your Account Will Be CHARGED IN FULL AT CHECKOUT and then the CC information will be deleted - Way-Mor Investments 715-324-6114 will Show on Your Bank Statement. Payments can be refunded at any time.
3.) AFTER THE ORDERING DEADLINE - Orders placed after the posted ordering deadlines will be deferred to the next harvest as shown on the schedule posted to our website. Note that we do not ship to zones 1 thru 5 in fall, so if you choose to proceed with your after spring ordering deadline order we would attempt to fill it after the season has completed in late July, if there is still dormant stock available. 4.) CANCELLATION - CHARGEBACKS - Any fees we incur due to credit card reversals or chargebacks ($30 typically) will be forwarded back to you plus a $5.00 processing fee. ALL Regular Order Cancellations will be charged a 3% + .30 cents fee to cover non-refundable processing fees we are charged by the credit card companies and banks.
5.) BARE ROOT PLANT WARRANTY - Our 1 year warranty is valid only if the plants purchased are prepared, planted and cared for in accordance with our 5 step instructions included with every order and found on this webpage: https://northernridgenursery.com/pages/planting-instructions.
