Warranty of Bare Root Plants & Shrubs

Guaranteed Healthy Delivery

If a plant is missing or received incorrectly, or arrives damaged or dead contact us immediately before you plant.  We will ask you to send supporting images of what you received and then we will immediately send you fresh replacements.

1 Year Warranty

No vendor can guarantee a 100% tree survival rate. Trees can perish due to multiple reasons, such as a harsh environment, harmful diseases, and insects, improper harvest, or starvation. Northern Ridge Nursery offers a 1 Year Warranty. If you experience a loss of plant within one year of purchase from plant delivery, and we deem it qualifies, then we will issue a store credit for the original purchase price of the plant.

 

Terms and conditions apply:

  • A picture of the plant is required to verify it has perished.
  • All required information on the warranty claim form must be completed accurately,
  • The cost of the plant will be refunded in the form of store credit.
  • Replacement plants’ shipping costs and taxes are not included and will be paid by the customer.
  • Refunds will not be given for plants that were not planted in a recommended growing zone or if it is deemed that the planting instructions provided were not followed.
  • The store credit can only be used once.
  • Orders placed with store credit will be shipped according to the shipping schedule posted on our website.

 

Substitution Policy

Orders are filled by item number exactly as received. If a variety is sold out, we reserve the right to substitute one of equal or greater value.  Refunds will be given only by request and at half the original cost.

REFUNDS Refunds will be given on orders returned within (14) Days of receiving them. The entire order must be returned in the original package. We do not pay for return shipping.

We promise that every plant will come in good condition, rain or shine, or we'll credit your account for a replacement. Before sending out any plants, we make sure they are in healthy and carefully pack them. Damages can happen, though, if the shipping company handles the package too roughly. When this happens, share a picture with us and we will work with your to make it right.

 

WE DO NOT REFUND LIVE PLANT ORDERS ONCE PROCESSING HAS COMPLETED UNLESS PRE-APPROVED! PACKAGE RETURNS AND REVERSALS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED UNLESS PRE-APPROVED!
