Terms of service

These terms apply to every order at northernridgenursery.com, operated by Way-Mor Investments, LLP ("we", "us"). By checking "I agree" at checkout you accept them. Our Store Policies are part of these terms; where the two differ, Store Policies apply.

  1. Seasonal shipping. Dormant bare-root plants ship only in our spring and fall windows, timed to your USDA zone. Your order won't ship immediately.
  2. Payment. Charged in full at checkout. Your statement shows Way-Mor Investments.
  3. Order-by dates are reminders; later orders still ship that season while stock lasts.
  4. Shipping, returns, cancellations, substitutions and warranty are as described in Store Policies.
  5. Our right to cancel. We may cancel and fully refund any order, including orders priced in error or for stock we can't supply.
  6. Limitation of liability. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We aren't responsible for losses from weather, pests, disease, soil conditions, or planting and care after delivery. Nothing here limits your rights under consumer-protection law.
  7. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin.
  8. Changes. We may update these terms; the version posted when you order applies to that order.
